Billy's Pheno is grown by our flower manager, at his Micro facility in Vaughan, Ontario. Billy's Pheno features limited releases of unique genetics that truly deserve to be called AAAA. As always, all our pre rolls are made exclusively with whole flower and are produced in small batches for the perfect smoking experience. Each of our pre-rolls are filled into a slim cone and hand packaged in a glass tube with a cork top.
