Seoul Cannabis represents the melting pot of the clashing of cultures and laws that was emblematic to manny Asian-Canadian & American experiences. According to an old Korean folk tale called Myuobongindo, "way back when Tigers smoked pipes", (a.k.a. once upon a time), the rabbit is a figure of goodm using his wits and trickery.
