Worst dispensary I've ever been to. The manager lady is the rudest and most insincere business owner I've ever met. She doesn't care about her customers or her employees and is always angry or has some attitude. Never coming back here again. Store is nothing special either, same products as everyone else but the inside is extra bougie. Not worth the money or the drive.

Terrible experience! When I walked in I was impressed by the interior of the store but it appears that it's all smoke and mirrors to hide a truly rotten underbelly. I don't even know where to start, but the first thing that really stood out to me was the prices. Holy cow the prices are astronomical! There are so many other shops in the Aurora area with MUCH more competitive pricing. The staff are okay... I was helped by this one boy with glasses and I caught a snippet of conversation just as I was entering the store. I will not repeat what was said but as a person of colour, I was deeply offended and could not understand how the other boy behind the counter who appeared to be black could stand there and listen to his hatefulness. I have friends who have visited and also could not stand to go back, so I should have taken that as a warning. The owners have never been there in any of our experience and their either is no manager, or they rarely work during busy hours because we have never seen them. The staff don't seem to enjoy their jobs and with the racist and toxic environment I experienced, I don't half blame them. Shame on CannaEra for taking advantage of both customers and employees! Spend your hard earned money somewhere else!

This is a terrible dispensary. Bad selection, high prices on everything, rude employees. Don't waste your time or money here.
