extremely clean environment extremely knowledgeable staff and for my very first time in the world made me feel like I was at home. if you're in the area definitely give them some of your money they earn it

The location is perfect any the staff are awsome.

I was really disappointed with the service. The girl working (I think manager) with shoulder length brown hair looks like tattooed eyebrows did not seem in a good mood and was rude. Will not be back as I would rather go to any other pot store in town

I have been to this store a few times met a few different staff members every one of them has been very friendly and helpful any questions I've had they've been able to answer all of them. I enjoy going there picking up what I need and asking them questions

Kathleen Hogg has been the best ever since I am my hubby have been coming to plant life, she always welcoming and has all the information we need.

I find the wainwright branch is the best plantlife I been to so far!! Staff is friendly and I don’t feel judged walking in there!! I love the environment and atmosphere they present. The manager Kathleen is extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with. I’ll deff keep coming back. 👍🏻👍🏻.

The manager Kathleen is slightly inappropriate with the way she serves some customers.. Shes overly flirtatious .. It has made me unlikely to visit this location again in the future as I don’t need to deal with immature behaviour, when I’m simply trying to buy a product and leave. I appreciate good customer service, but not how she does it.. Please do better

The old manager that a lot of these reviews seem to be about is gone! There is new management and new staff who are all super friendly and helpful!!! I choose Plantlife 11/10 times!

Last time I went here I was told to leave a review. I don't understand why I'm being asked to leave a review if the quality of my medicine was subpar and borderline moldy, leaving a sore throat and my god the smell. It wasn't even a smell, I'd call it a stench. Also when I was here their manager who's her face with tattoos was rude- she seems more interested in flirting with other customers ahead of me than customer service and wasting other's time- and I just don't get why they put places like this in business when there's private givers who do so much more to help their patients get the quality and care they deserve.
