Rude unprofessional staff members with zero concern as to what customers want. I have been coming here for 2 years and one day they gave me attitude. And because of how my financial situation is I'm on government assistance. I was discriminated against cause of my financial situation. I made a complaint to management who were also very unprofessional and sided with his staff. If you actually want to be treated like a decent human being don't go here they don't care and have zero disregard for how you feel and zero care for the customer.

John at Prairie Records is amazing to deal with. He makes it fun and never pushes product. He lets you discover your own tastes. I’ll be a regular customer for years to come

The staff is great! They are knowledgeable, they always have the best recommendations!! Very relaxed atmosphere and a variety to choose from and fair prices too!! It’s really impressive when they remember what strain you like to smoke and offer a suggestion right away!! I go out of my way to come to these guys <3

Staff are great no matter who you deal with relaxed atmosphere just like walking into an old record store wish they could all be like this one as they don't try to push a bunch of useless crap to smoke with like other places do
