It is always such a great experience shopping at Shades. The staff are so knowledgeable and friendly. They take the time to really get to know their patrons. (By name in fact). I can trust in any recommendation I am given because the staff know me and know what I will benefit from most. The best thing about Shades is they make you feel appreciated and no matter what...they are ALWAYS smiling!

I absolutely love this store! The employees are friendly and usually can recommend something comparable to what I want if it's sold out. I also like how well-lit and clean it is in the store.

I’ve been encouraged to check out this place but with so many shops in Kamloops it’s taken forever. Now I know why. The store is huge and is so much bigger than it looks from the street. They literally have everything you need for accessories but then you see their menus and they without doubt has the largest selection in Kamloops. The staff definitely knew their stuff and was super helpful! I strongly encourage you to go here.
