Get back to basics with dried flower and pre-rolls.
Experimentation is core to what Kolab Project is all about. As much a creative studio as it is a cannabis company, the brand works with a carefully curated group of collaborators to develop experiences that add color to their product collections and encourage consumers to embrace the unexpected.
That’s why Kolab Project invested in something completely different this year, creating a story-based parallel universe inspired by their products and the industry. The story that kicked off in the fictional Diamond City earlier this year will continue with new action for 420 with the main characters forced to go analogue—getting off the grid and back to basics to avoid capture from the antagonist.
In the real world, Kolab Project is also going back to basics this 420 with a focus on their 950 Series pre-rolls and dried flower offerings. Three new strains are joining the 950 Series dried flower portfolio for 420: Dark Shadow Haze and Sticky Monkey from Ontario craft growers Safari Flower Co. and Tranquil Elephantizer from BC craft growers Lotus Cannabis Co. Read on to get the download on what to expect from these new strains and the rest of the 950 Series highlights.
950 Series pre-rolls: Kalifornia
You can find cult favourite Kalifornia from the 950 Series available in a 10 x 0.35g slimline as well as the 3.5g dried flower format. And this is a strain you need to feel to believe. Kalifornia genetics can be traced back to a cross between Nepali OG and 88 G-13 Hashplant, and the strain is a great option to kick back with for some serious unwind time.
The pre-roll has a THC potency of up to 24% and total terpenes of up to 1.8% with spicy, woody, and earthy tones shining through to encourage a relaxing, evening vibe. Always bringing you the cutting edge of ancient technology, Kolab Project only uses high-quality flower machine-rolled in eye-catching, slow-burning black paper and includes a resealable freshness seal on every pack to make sure you have the best possible smoke every time.
950 Series dried flower: Dark Shadow Haze
This new strain addition released in partnership with Ontario craft growers Safari Flower Co. is a perfect example of the 950 Series’ focus on getting the best genetics from some of the best craft growers. A sativa from Rare Dankness genetics, Dark Shadow Haze delivers with notes of grape and berry and THC levels up to 26%. A cross between Grape Ape and Neville’s Wreck, it’s heavy in terpinolene, myrcene, and ocimene.
950 Series dried flower: Sticky Monkey
Another new highlight released in partnership with Safari Flower Co., get ready for Sticky Monkey. Expect aromas of diesel and earth and THC potencies up to 26% from this indica. Sticky Monkey is born from Seedstockers genetics and comes from original GG4 genetics. Its terpene profile includes myrcene, caryophyllene, limonene, humulene, and rare-to-see fenchol.
950 Series dried flower: Tranquil Elephantizer
The third new addition to the 950 Series of 3.5g dried flower, Tranquil Elephanitzer comes from a partnership with BC craft growers Lotus Cannabis Co. A Bodhi Seeds cross between 88 G-13 Hashplant and Snow Lotus, Tranquil Elephantizer is a potent indica known for its body high.
