Weekend Weirdness: Police Helpfully Ask Who Misplaced 37 Cannabis Plants

Published on September 12, 2015 · Last updated July 28, 2020

The police in Bolton sure are helpful! Last month some Bolton South officers, who protect the town located in Greater Manchester (that's northwest England for those of you who are UK geography-challenged), took to Facebook so they could "return" 37 misplaced cannabis plants to their "forgetful horticulturist" owner:

I'm not sure if anyone was bold enough to come forward and claim their plants (surely there's no catch to the police department's invitation…), or if this was instead an anonymous attempt to make Moses Gate Country Park a lot more pungent. If it's the former, a word of advice to all you growers out there: try not to forget where you placed your precious plants!
