Harlequin

This is an interesting strain as it has grown in popularity so much due to the high CBD percentage. I too am fascinated by this strain as well as other CBD featured types. I have been fixated for quite a while on a strain that is less psychoactive. As I am still relatively new to mmj, i tend to get self-conscious, paranoid and it will give me anxiety. I worry about being too out of it. I pursued this strain heavily. The first time I tried it, my lower body was in a great deal of pain, I had a long day and was in a crappy mood. I had some Harlequin and this subtle sense of ease came over me. The pain was still present but it was manageable and I felt my mood relax and my patience grow just enough. Like I said, its subtle, but the state of contentment is just enough for you to stay motivated. I am rating it slightly lower, mainly because I notice there is a weird side effect for me and this strain; that contented feeling is not always present. In fact, lately I've been getting agitated while smoking this strain. I am not giving up on it completely, however. it has made me consider different ratios of CBD, THC and other cannabinoids.

Super Sour Diesel

This strain is one of the happiest that I have experienced. Depression is an issue for me and is one thing I need to be very cautious of when trying new medicine, but this strain I can say did not worsen my depression, but rather it was a real mood lifter. Great for social situations or even alone, listening to or playing music.

Super Silver Haze

I tried this from Eco Firma Farms at the Cannabis Cup. The jar was labeled simply "SS" but I was taken mostly with the lab results that were proudly displayed next to it. The cannabinoid profile seemed pretty standard except for a staggeringly the high CBC rate. It was interesting to try something with a less profiled cannabinoid; it was a very uplifting sativa that gave me energy to be on my feet walking around and working all day in the sun. I had to stick around a while afterwards and I found myself still pretty uplifted, alert and talkative. It's everything a good sativa should be and nothing you don't. Not too much anxiety and paranoia on this one, just good clean burning energy.

Sage and Sour

9/13/2013
I tried this after trying another sage strain, thinking it would be the perfect combination with the sour. I suppose it was, but I found myself getting a very cerebral high but was still able to be quite talkative. The downside was I supposed to be somewhere, but instead a friend and I found ourselves blabbering on about nonsense for over an hour in order to feel "calm" enough to finally go to where we needed to go. It was quite strange, but I'm never one to knock anything that actually gives me energy as this is often quite difficult to do. I had some more about 2 hours later and found that I had lost that metal charge and just became cloudy, stoney, quiet and a bit paranoid.

This strain completely surprise me as well as other close friends of mine. I tried some, not really knowing much about it so I didn't expect much; the effects came on subtly and gradually until I felt very at ease, comfortable and relaxed. Most strains leave me feeling lazy and mute. DT contributed to neither and provided the right amount of relaxation with openness to be social with others. It also does wonders for pain and seizures. A very good PMS strain for when you get pain and anxiety.
