Wow! Im a heavy hitter and this one hit the spot! Heavy head high.... love that.... Couch lock is a guaranteed if you sit down for second. Yes you will need a snack. I normally don't have that problem, but here we are. :) Took care of my migraine and some mild back pain and my anxiety is definitely gone. Hope this helps ✌
