I'm a 32 year veteran ( 3-5 times a day ) smoker of any and all kinds of cannabis. Logically then, I tend to prefer highly aromatic, terpene laden varieties. Years of smoking Mexican brick bud did this to me, so I was oh so grateful when my pipeline came across with Fruity Pebbles. The aroma of the bud absolutely proliferated the room when I cracked open the first big to grind, and it is QUITE reminiscent of the cereal by the same name. The high wasn't too couchlockish or lethargic which can happen with the sticky/stinkers. It didn't have great legs, but after a 1g cone between 4, the initial high was respectable at close to 1 1/2 hrs or so. the comedown was quick and easy. went through a zip in 10 days, so I did notice a quick tolerance buildup. Great for arthritis or joint replacements like my knee and hip. wish I lived in a non prohibition leaning state so I wouldn't have to count on our 'random' pipeline.

Jack Herer

Very Piney flavor. Good herb for wake and bake with a cup of coffee. not too racy or overly energetic but at the same time there is no body high it's all about the shoulders and your head and behind your eyes. Not my thing really but it's good for the daytime. I'm really an Indica guy but as far as Sativas are concerned this one's pretty cool.

GG4

8/23/2016
The GG4 I got hold of was off the black market, and it was very well manicured and had great bag appeal. the chemical, overly piney aroma and taste were not my favorite, but it didn't taste like Reggie. The effects lasted for a good hour ( everyday smoker for 32 years ). The come down was overly extensive - 2 - 3 hrs. I've had better bud, but probably nothing quite this initially strong with such short legs.

Kosher Kush

4/4/2016
Kosher Kush - dense deep green buds with a noticeable resin filled squish when you squeeze it. Do not, I repeat, Do Not expect to roll joints with this. No workie. Bong or pipeloads only. Two full tunes of this out of my 3ft Graffix and that's all she wrote for a solid 2 1/2-3hr high. Smooth deep blue smoke. Nice pine, kushy, forrest floor taste. Can't build a tolerance on this zip. Smoked and smoked, and only noticed very slightly, near the end (23 days per OZ) that my tolerance was increasing. Great for pain, joint stiffness, anxiety, insomnia. if you have something very important and pressing to finish - move along. This strain exhibits many of the stereotypical properties of really tasty indicas. I love it.

God's Gift

Had this in Vancouver in 06'. The flavor was sweet and lucious. we spent the day out at Capitan and smoked ask day long (20 year vets at that time). Some don't like it as a daytime partner, buy I have a total knee AND hip replacement on opposite legs, so whatever it did for that, I want more. I haven't seen it since. I live in the deep south where freedoms like this are still quelled by prohibition and intense social stigma.

Northern Lights

3/29/2016
Northern Lights was practically a daily staple amongst my friends and I during the latter 80s when I wad finishing up college. From my recollection it wasn't very loud aroma or flavor wise. I always thought I got a bit of mint on the exhale. This strain is medium strong bit it has 'legs'. I got me through a mathematics/computer science double major so maybe it improves focus. Since smell and flavor are my big thing, I had to bring it from 4 to 3 star. It's a good beginner indica.

Mendocino Purps

3/22/2016
Mendocino Purple, or The Purps - as I got it - is a lovely expression of the purple gene in full gear. the aroma is ultimately coniferous and forest flourish with a flavor profile of caramelized pine with a deep undertone of eucalyptus on the exhale. georgous, dense buds that aren't over stiff, allowing the nuggets to grow beautiful, round and stocky. beautiful gold and orange hairs with abundant clear trichomes with maybe 5-10% amber. The high was creative and soft with excellent pain alleviation as well as keeping inflamed joints at ease. great for exercise if your demotivayor is pain and/or stiffness related. plus the FLAVVVORRR!!!! Cheesequake

I think it is a very strong, hard hitting Strain that tastes like open ass! Whenever I read earthy as a description for flavor now, I immediately turn off. This was the nastiest tasting bud I've smoked, and I've had some crappy Brownsville station compressed, brick, super seedy Mexi that tastes better than this crap!!
