Cake Face

Checks all the boxes for pain and anxiety. I've always loved the Cake strains. They never seem to disappoint. I had this strain in Live Liquid Resin from Trulieve Florida. When they're on sale, don't pass up resin carts!

White MAC

12/30/2021
I picked up White MAC in diamonds and sauce. Have mercy. What a blast! Strong citrus (orange) with coffee and strong earthy tones. The taste of this flower in sauce is incredible. It has a 'Headband' effect, with a slight pressure behind the eyes. Also, it's much more cerebral than I expected. My anxiety and pain levels are greatly improved. This checks all the boxes of a medical strain. Not an overwhelming high, but definitely worth the price of admission.

Gorilla Snacks

This is a couch lock strain that gives you the munchies. It also obliterates pain and stress. The body high is amazing. One of the most piney strains I've ever had.

White 99

5/12/2020
This is fantastic medicine! I've had White 99 in flower and concentrate. It is by far one of my all time favorite strains. Very heady, with a fantastic body buzz. It crushes pain within minutes. I could see this working well with folks that have depression or PTSD. White 99 is just a killer strain, and will always have a spot in my stash box!

King Louis

1/17/2020
Remember to put on your seat belts, and play your tray tables in the upright position. When you have the good fortune to get King Louis XIII. This strain is not for the faint of heart. It is quite possibly one of the strongest Indicas that I have ever gotten to enjoy. Very strong citrus and earthy tones, and a smooth exhale. Immediately, you feel the effects. It's a very trippy and head rush high, and I love it immensely. I have just enjoyed some 20 minutes ago. I had to re-learn how to type! Great for pain, insomnia, and anxiety...And makes for a great nighttime session. Highly recommended!

Paradise Waits

11/4/2019
I finally found this strain at Trulieve in Edgewater. THC %27.0 When I returned home with all of my goodies, I popped the top off of Paradise Waits. First impression...My exact words were "Gassy!" I filled up the oven on my Pax, and was treated to a delicious fuel and citrus vapor at 360F. Even before I did my 2nd run at 380F, I could feel this hitting like a freight train. Very reminiscent of Stardawg. To say I was impressed is an understatement. I could easily medicate day or night with Pdw. I do believe I found another must have strain! Highly recommended!

Jack Herer

10/27/2019
I always try to have Jack in my medicine cabinet. I suffer from constant pain, which requires a need for almost constant medication. Jack Herer is one of my 'wake and bake' strains. An oven full in my PAX 2, and a strong cup of coffee - - The breakfast of champions! I've never been let down by Jack. I can actually get things done, and not have anxiety, as most Haze's or Haze parent hybrids will do to me. It's just a mellow high, with nearly complete clarity. It is a great for pain, depression, malaise, and will knock the blues right out of you! If you haven't dry herb vaporized Jack Herer, you're missing out on some great tasting weed, imo. It's fruity, piney, and a bit spicy. The pine seems to present itself pretty strong at first. I consider that a plus. Jh is just a great all around daytime strain.

Granddaddy Purple

10/25/2019
I consider GDP to be in my top 5 favorite strains. The flowers are visually striking, with a strong aroma of berries. Insomnia, pain, and anxiety melt away within moments of consumption, creeping to a crescendo of relaxation. In my experience, GDP is a strain that should be enjoyed whilst having nothing else that needs attention...Especially driving. Insomnia stands no chance of defeating GDP's sedative properties. Within 30-45 minutes, I'm staring at the inside of my eyelids. It's no wonder that GDP is one of the most sought after strains. It is the ultimate reward for a long day's toil.

Curaleaf - Sanford

10/25/2019
If you love flower, and would like to buy the worst quality buds for a premium price, Curaleaf is for you. During my first (and last) visit to Curaleaf, I tried two strains. Bruce Banner - 11% THC and Afghani - 17%. BB should be between 23% and 28% THC. They're not even close. Plus, the appearance of the product had much to be desired. Poorly trimmed and damp musty flower. This purchase was the worst quality in two years of being a medical patient. I will never return, nor will I recommend this dispensary.

BALANCE White 99

8/26/2019
White 99 THC: 23.97 CBD .08 Purchased from GrowHealthy - Daytona Beach FL My oh my! Let me just start off by saying: This strain should be consumed carefully by novice patients. White 99 is some powerful medicine...To say the least! Upon arriving home with my bounty, I made sure to test White 99 first. Measured weight was 3.77 grams. Nice! The buds are large and ever so slightly airy. Neon green leaves, a plethora of orange hairs, and trichomes galore! This strain is very loud (strong smell) The scent of citrus and pine were most prominent. As usual, I medicated with my trusty Pax 2 vaporizer. I began at 360F. As expected, the first terpenes released were piney. Then, a pleasant citrus on the inhale. The exhale was either flowery or sweet...I always have a tough time differentiating between the two. There was also an earthy taste on exhale, which got stronger as I raised the temp. Not unexpected. Once I was finished with my first session, I opened up the Pax, to give the herbs a stir. It was then that I realized I should wait a bit. Out of nowhere, I got a nice cerebral kick, which intensified quickly. I decided I should kick back and listen to music. As soon as the music started, I was treated to a roller coaster of cerebral effects. I also noted that a pleasant, yet not intense, relaxation was spreading across my body. My pain points literally fell off the map. Bonus! As the third song began, I fired up the Pax for round 2. 380F was still piney, but very earthy. Not unpleasant...When vaporizing, that's just what happens some times. I went to place the vaporizer back on my desk. I was absolutely soaring. I had to go back and sit down. In my experience, White 99 helped with my pain. My depression was completely wiped out. Note: If sativas give you panic attacks, this may not be the strain you're looking for. YMMV My highest recommendation...Great job, GrowHealthy!
