Today I called twice to make sure they'd have what I wanted in stock before I came in (because it's not a short drive and I'm not willing to go all the way there for no reason), they assured me it'd be ready within an hour. I came in two hours later and was told it's not ready yet, I have to wait 10-20 minutes for it to get in the system. Why is it that they KNEW a customer was coming in for a product and they couldn't get it ready by the time they said?! I'm sitting in here now waiting and j see 2 budtenders at any given time not helping anyone. I feel like this could've been handled better.
Moral of the story is, call before you come in and make SURE it's on the shelf and ready to be sold. Oh and if you want to put something on hold you have to be adamant about it, because I had asked for a gram to be put on hold for me and then came in and watched them go grab it from the drawer (aka not on hold at all). I'd rather have better service than that, personally. Unfortunately I have to come back because they have the most reasonable prices for concentrates by the gram, but I won't be fooled again.
