I bought a vape pen which did not work. I brought it back in less than 24 hours after purchasing it. They said there is nothing he could do. So when I questioned that I spent $30.00 he became extremely roud. Cancelled my membership on the spot and he showed me the door while becoming very arrogant.
Shocked on how they treat the paying customer.
Would never recommend this location. The owner should send his staff for customer service training.
