Good prices, cares about customers health by treating the pandemic seriously. Sometimes it would be nice if they had more than two tellers though.

It turns out changing your business name multiple times does nothing to increase your business quality. Low and behold, the pathetic result of a failed business that can’t hold onto any good worthwhile employees. Looks like they turn and burn people every other week and they wonder why their business is so bad. Prices are high for worthwhile product and everything else is extremely leafy or brown. Really makes you wonder if the managers or owners even smoke weed?

Lux Pot Shop - Lake City

Employees were rude, unhelpful, and extremely unknowledgeable. Prices exorbitantly high. Workers with holes in gloves, and waiting line with markers less than six feet apart. Very covid19 unfriendly store, especially considering that I am buying weed to inhale, others buy edibles to eat.

Good product selection for concentrates and great recommendations from Josh. I used to buy oil from him previously when he worked at Fweedom as well, he is very helpful and knowledgeable. :)

Nice shop with helpful and pretty knowledgeable budtenders. These guys carry a lot of the best brands on the market, especially some high quality but not incredibly popular brands. Love when a store carries craft products. Just about all you could ask for. I guess my only complaint about this store is that, it’s so small, and popular, I always get a feel like they want to move me in and out as fast as possible because there are always people coming in. Which is fine since I don’t require much service, as an informed customer who usually knows what they want. However it has made me think about, if I were someone who didn’t know what they wanted, I’m not sure how welcome I would feel to stick around and ask a lot of questions and whatnot without feeling like a burden.

First time visit. Horrible prices, horrible selection. OLD WEED. Skip this place, it’s worth it in gas to go somewhere else with lower prices.

First time visitor. Lots of product. CRAP service. I inquired about a product that was on display but not on the little menu next to it, the guy who was helping me said it might not ring up properly because it’s the last one. I said it’s fine, I can wait if it needs to get fixed. He says okay and puts my two DIFFERENT items in the bag and takes it over to check out. When I get to check out, in the bag was actually two of the same item. Luckily I caught it and the register worker proceeded to grab the correct item. TLDR: if you know they have something you want this place is fine. But don’t expect the sad-excuses-for-budtenders to actually help you with anything you need or even get the correct items in your bag that you want...

Good prices and good staff! For the most part the people know what they're talking about and the products specifically they're selling. Better oil selection than flower though tbh

Cute little shop with pretty good selection of all products and prices. The budtender who helped me was helpful and knew about the products. Not much more I could ask for except for better prices but then again this is right inside seattle, I'll be honest I'm used to prices being slightly lower outside the city..
