Really kind, professional, efficient, caring and patient staff from the moment they opened. I purchased a 510 Store Brand Battery and the 510 Hash Cartridge. The staff member who served me made sure I received a battery with a good charge already on it as well as mentioned I could get 10% off for signing up to be a member. In truth, I was pretty out of it already due to a night of Insomnia after my dry herb vape dying on me, for good, in the middle of the night. I really appreciate the staff member who sold me these products so I can finally silence my brain so I can sleep
