I have chronic pain, I used this for doing my workout. Worked good to ease pIn while not increasing heart rate too much

More of a body high than head high. Great for nausea and vomiting. Helped with nh fibeo flares. A little too heavy for daily use and still get things done. Would be good for bed but it doesn't seem to last super long.
