By far the best dispensary in the city. Not only is the staff knowledgeable and friendly, but also professional providing the best customer service to all patients. Their selections of strains are amazing with varieties to suit everything a patient would need. 10/10 would recommend T.H.C. to anyone.

Rude staff: October 14, 2014 5:40pm I was rudely made fun of by the receptionist over the phone today for no reason. This person thinks that it is ok to treat customers disrespectfully rather than do her job cordially and professionally. I understand that sometimes it might be busy and loud but, that is no excuse to simulate stupid noises on the phone and saying that I am speaking gibberish. Not only is your inapproriate behaviour inexcusable, it is down right offensive. I am not your friend or you family member; I am a customer it is your job to tend to my questions politely without need to insult. I am embarrassed by your behaviour and if you remain to act accordingly you will singlehandily drag down the quality of service of your store has to offer. - Dissatisfied customer ID 4556
