slowest dumbest service ever. you place an online order they text you its packed and ready but you have to stand in line to check in then wait another 30 plus mins to be called. why do I have to stand in line to check in and then proceed to wait ANOTHER 30 plus minutes for you to hand me a bag you text me was already ready before I got here!? wtf?? why dont I pay when I check in and go ? it would help with social distancing and speeding up the process.
