It took Tilray two weeks to process my application. I called several times and was given various explanations as to why my application hadn't been processed until I was finally told that they had just been too busy! I find that hard to believe. I wonder why Tilray hasn't hired more staff and why they seem not to have people willing to work overtime to clear the backlog. The White Widow I ordered hasn't done anything for my depression but it may have helped my anxiety. The flowers are extremely dry and simply crumble in my fingers. Staff are friendly and helpful, unless they are explaining why one's application hasn't been processed. I could not open the bag of White Widow. I had to use scissors and store the Widow in a ziplock bag.

Aside from making me sleepy and causing me to cough, this strain did virtually nothing. It had no impact on my depression or anxiety, which is why I purchased it. I didn't even get any sort of a buzz from it. I'm very disappointed.
