Harvest - Mesa (Med/Rec)

I placed a pick up order and received the text that it was ready. I drove over and ended up having to wait 25 minutes just to get in the door. Mind you. There was only 3 people inside at this time. People then pulled up and just walked inside and the receptionist put them in line, even though he told us to wait outside and he would get us when it was our turn. Another 15 minutes goes by, and nothing. I poke my head inside since 4 people have left at this point and the receptionist says come on in. Weird, since he should have grabbed us while we were outside. Any way, I get inside and and the receptionist had allowed 4 people to cut me. At this point I placed my order at 530, showed up to wait outside at 6 (I got the text stating my order was ready) and it was currently 650. The receptionist stated that there were a few more people in front of me, even though I had been in line. I left at 650 cause waiting over an hour and I decided to call the manager and complain. The manager was so unhelpful and just said, “well we are under staffed and doing the best we can.” Are you though? I was inside and I saw the manager sitting in the office not doing a damn thing. If your a manager and your understaffed, why wouldn’t you jump in and help? I buy bud here every day or every other day and spend around 150 bucks a week but since the management doesn’t give a crap about making the situation right. I will happily take my 600 a month to a dispensary that appreciates its customers and doesn’t just make excuses when their employee makes a mistake. #byefelicia
