I love everything about Have a Heart. Their Fremont shop is in an excellent location, and it is bright, spacious, and friendly inside. It is in a prime location, so close to everything Fremont has to offer. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and seem genuinely interested in understanding their customers' needs. Perhaps this is because the shop was originally purely medical - I don't feel like I am dealing with former drug dealers trying to make a buck. And the prices are pretty good, too, which I would not have expected from a shop in such a prime location. I bought a vape cartridge from them, and will be back for more!

I am currently enjoying a pure CO2 extract of Cascadia Kush in a vape cartridge by Optimum Extracts of WA. I'm a low tolerance, occasional smoker, so it only takes 2-3 puffs off the vape for this strain to kick in. Not sure how long effects last; I have been taking this before bed, so I am asleep by the time it wears off. But, I will say that I have been sleeping very well and awakening refreshed. So far, I have found this strain to be rather cerebral (a bit of out-of-body introspection), even a bit psychedelic (hearing voices in the HVAC system), but definitely relaxing after I ease in to the weirdness. I've been told that kushes tend toward the psychedelic, so this strain might support that theory.

I bought a 1G pre-roll of Moani Natural's GDP and smoked about 1/3 of it over the course of an evening at home, while other members of the household were out of town. I got pleasantly lost in my house for a while, and then sat down and listened to The Beatles' Sgt. Pepper album, which I have probably heard thousands of times in my 48 years, and can easily recite in its entirety. The experience was revelatory: Sounds became visions. It was as though I had never truly heard the album before. I have not experienced another strain that can elicit such clarity and peaceful euphoria.
