I really like this place, they have a great selection of carts. The people are so nice & helpful! I bought flower for the first time there this week. Chose a Halo cannabis strain; Jars doesn’t have their own grow. It is the worst flower I’ve had since Bloom. Buds so dry they explode, but you can’t pick them apart without stabbing yourself on huge, thick stems & every tiny little budlet off the bud is more stem than flower. Grinding is not an option: I don’t smoke stems & they’re too thick for it, anyway. I probably won’t be buying flower there again if that’s what they’re selling at higher tiers. This strain was Halo White Runtz. Idk if hall brought it in that way, but there’s gotta be some quality control for pricing. Free pre-rolls are like free garbage, but that’s typically the case anywhere. I have had 2 carts that were messed up, but usable. I did not like how they handled the first. They burnt like 5 or 6 hits showing me it works now, handed it back & said bye. I didn’t bother saying anything about the other. But they’re so nice.

I usually use the Tempe/McClintock Sol location, but happened to be near this location today & happened to have seen a drop of new Noir live resin cart strains. (I wouldn’t give the flower 5⭐️ but I haven’t bought any at this spot) It was much less busy than Tempe, and so a much nicer experience where you can actually speak to someone without yelling & don’t stand in the sun waiting to get in. The parking lot is tiny. Gregory was absolutely awesome, and I scored some timeless merch while the vendor was there.

Hugely disappointed, my first eighth was 1 gigantic bud, so 1 gigantic stem, that was extremely dry. Second one, buds popping out like they jammed the cap on, 3 huge buds/stems. Stems that take weight, I mean big. This stuff was sold to me nearly 2 months after packaging in a jar with no seal. It’s not to weight. The strain itself gives me a headache, every time, otherwise is very heady for an indica & lacks many of the things one looks for when choosing indica. The interface won’t allow me to add effects. Literally the only reason I can see for charging top dollar is pretty, big buds for newbies. It was probably nice once.

I love Bloom. The staff are all excellent: friendly, helpful. I’ve been shopping here exclusively for more than a year. But it’s getting really hard to stay loyal! The Wed B2G1 eighth deal would be awesome if they had any weed. It’s always a wed when there aren’t any 8ths, no matter how you time it. Today (Wed) there is 1 flower strain and 2 others you can only buy in grams. I spent way more $ at another dispensary, bc I can’t buy weed here if they don’t have any! There used to be a very wide selection. Now you’re lucky if you can choose from 5 or 7 options. Unless it’s Wednesday. I’m really upset that I’m out more money on half the amount of flower bc my Bloom has no flower.

The people that work here are the rudest people I’ve ever encountered at a dispensary. I stopped going here for a long time, but popped in today to treat myself to nicer bud for my bday. First, they were gonna say it was too early for their birthday gift since my bday falls after a holiday when they’re closed. Then they would only offer me a cake pop. I have no teeth. They shrugged. Sorry, that’s what you get. I left wo buying any of their way overpriced weed. All this after waiting 20+ min so they could “update the system”. The lobby shows they’re hurting, TVs ripped off the walls & holes left behind, and I can see why. Go somewhere where they appreciate you & have even the slightest hint of compassion, bc it’s not Sky.

I went to Swell once. It seems Swell is now curaleaf. Well, after nearly a year of having opted out of everything in disgust from my hellish first visit, I’m getting unsolicited texts from the “new system”. The staff I spoke to about WHY this is a huge privacy issue & problem was rude and hung up on me. They says I opted in once so tough. THIS IS NOT HOW YOU TREAT PATIENTS! You cannot advertise on someone’s lock screen that they use certain meds to their family, for instance. DUSGUSTING business practices. As I recall, Swell wouldn’t offer any numbers for their flower. Quality was terrible. So many better options, but don’t patronize companies with slimy business practices!

Convenient location, quality product, friendly staff, professional atmosphere, frequently changing menu, and always little to no waiting. Even when busy, they seem staffed to handle it; longest wait yet was 5 min during after-work rush.
