Some of the best customer service at any dispensary I've ever been to. Candace was very nice and friendly. everyone there is awesome! I visited a lot of dispensaries in Massachusetts and curaleaf is probably the friendliest. other dispensaries seem to forget that they're dealing with medical patients and they're often rude not realizing that they could be being rude to somebody that only has a few months to live. one of the reasons I think recreation and medical should be completely separated and currently does just that. as a med patient I feel like they care about med patients they don't just dump Us in with the recreational visitors.

the place is nice to look at inside like most dispensaries. they had a lot to offer, but I always wish for more. I got a vape pen prior to the ban and some flower. it was decent.

Still a new place with work to be done. But their flower isnt that bad and if you get the most recent harvest you are fine. Id like to see more deals/sales. Their veterans discount is amazing. Wish I was one. Thank you to all who are. Keep up the good work and add some more concentrates.

I have ordered online and over the phone now. So far they rock!!! Friendly service from delivery agents to the representatives I spoke to over the phone. Easy and quick and discrete. Flower selection is nice, wish the cost of rosin was a bit cheaper, but supply and demand. The website doesn't say it, but they do the same sales as the brick and mortar, so make sure you always check for sales on their facebook or on their IG. The staff is great at letting you know though, also you can mix and match to get an OZ price, but the website does not reflect this, but when in doubt give them a call!

I have gone here a bunch. I love their Northampton location. I only wish we had more competition in Massachusetts so the prices were not so high, and Neta has some decent deals. And...I wish NETA offered delivery! But they are still awesome!

I recently tried garden remedies delivery service. I think its the bees knees! The Garden remedies delivery agent was very friendly. The delivery arrived in a discrete vehicle that looks like any other passenger car. I received a few texts prior to them showing up. Letting me know where they were and how long it would be until they arrived. The whole process only took a few minutes. I will be using this service all the time!
