Great, uplifting, nice smelling flowers. Very relaxing but at the same time this strain does not make you sleepy. Highly recommended if you can get the real thing (unfortunately, some dispensaries just slap a big name on a crappy product) Careful, quite potent.

You have a prime location. You have some kind of a monopoly because of the zoning restrictions. You were better when you opened, but greed quickly took over. You sell a lot of in-house strains nobody ever heard about (things you probably quickly grow yourself). Your prices are extremely high, and as all dispensaries in the valley somehow you had your credit machine broken, and then just switched to debit or cash only. Yes, it has been a while since anyone in the valley accepted credit cards. Btw what is up with that? Wasn't it one of the requirements to have a dispensary opened? You had to accept credit cards... If your business is legal and you pay taxes on everything, why don't you accept credit cards? (I am not implying anything, just asking). You are losing on fees credit cards charge? No problem -- make your clients pay 2% extra for all credit card transactions, but give them that choice. Do you even care about your patients or your only purpose is to make a lot of money? I heard many times how you promoted edibles to elderly people without even giving them any kind of a warning. Edibles are not for everyone! You cannot sell them as regular cookies. Everybody reacts differently to them. Anyway, enjoy your rich clients who come to you because of your location. If not for them, you would be struggling at this point. We are trying to avoid big pharma pricy meds by going a natural way, but you guys are quickly turning into another bad guy I do not want to deal with or give my money to. Prices in AZ for Medical marijuana are extremely high!

The first time I shopped there, I got good quality flowers. Was excited to come there the second time around, but out of 4 selections I picked on the menu 3 were not available. It is not a short drive for me, and their atmosphere leaves a lot to be desired (I understand it is not the dispensary's fault, it is just an area specific thing). Anyway, not only their leafly's menu was outdated, their internal TV menu also listed plenty of things which they did not have. When I found out that my choices were N/A, I picked other 2 strains and guess what? Surprise! They were also out of it. How difficult is to text a person who updates the menu and say 'hey, Bob, we are out of XX strain, please update.' I do not believe it is a very complicated thing to do, honestly. I am thinking maybe they do it on purpose so people come there to get a specific thing, and then after a long wait settle on something else anyway. That what happened to me - instead of leaving I settled on something else, and the quality was not good at all. I want at least one place which is good at all times. I do not want ups and downs - I lose interest pretty fast. Anyway, some of the things can be fixed and the most important one -- please keep your menu updated! I got bad quality flowers during my 2nd visit, but it is partially my fault. I saw how they looked, and I realized some of them were unknown strains, but since I was riding on a hype from my 1st visit, I let my guard down. Guys, if you sell some 'God knows where you got this stuff from', at least price it accordingly. Positive things: multiple screen monitors with a menu, many people working, friendly sober (!) people, big selection. Negatives: outdated menu, hit & miss quality (well, as everywhere else in AZ!), industrial location, shady characters outside and sometimes inside too.

If you are OK with one time clients, this is certainly the way to go, but if you expect anybody to return, please stop blatantly shaving your flowers. It is a joke to pay that much money for the mediocre product which was previously shaved. If you bring shaved flowers, have decency to charge 1/2 of the price. Maybe some of your clients do not know better, but I wish I believed all the negatives reviews instead of wasting my time & money. Anyway, this is not a good way to build a successful business. You lost me and probably many others before. Disappointed.
