Staff is very unknowledgeable, passive aggressive, and do not care about basic customer service and do not make basic efforts to double check the order. I do think that there is a miscommunication or misunderstanding with the picture shown on the website and the product in the store. Incredibly aggravating I didn’t know I had the wrong order until i opened it,, can’t return or refund now, I wish the staff knew how to double check and look at pictures not just titles. Or update the website accordingly to the product in store. Please train your staff on topicals and devices, and make sure they at least make an effort for more customer satisfied sales, and support beyond the sale. Customer loyalty pays better than rip offs.
