This is a hard strain to review. If I smoke this, I'm seconds away from having an unbearable desire to go to bed. For me this is a good thing because of my difficulties sleeping, but for others, who knows what they will think. I can't say how long it lasts because I never lasted more than an hour.
I wouldn't think of smoking this any other time in the day.
