This is a great strain if you want to get yourself into a good “headspace.” I felt very chill and unconcerned with this one. Warning: I did not want to move AT ALL after smoking this. Great bedtime strain, but do not use if you are planning to get stuff done.

Wow. This gives a very unique high. I radiated positivity from this stuff. It left me jazzed, relaxed, and still alert—a carefree high that is perfect to enjoy in a casual social setting. Probably not great if you’re about to do something highly active, as the relaxing effect will deter intense activity. This one is a must-have for a pleasant close to a particularly frustrating day.

I keep seeing reviews praising how wonderful this strain tastes. They’re not wrong—pleasant, citrus flavor for sure. It’s also not surprising that flavor is the hot topic here, because there is literally NOTHING else going on with this strain. This is the worst strain I’ve ever tried. Not because it gave me a bad high—that would at least be an improvement. This strain does nothing. Is this even technically cannabis? I imagine if someone has never consumed anything stronger than Advil in their entire life, maybe they could manage a weak high after two or three jumbo joints of this garbage. Did I happen to try a bad batch? Maybe. Quite frankly, there’s too many other strains that manage to work as intended for me to want to roll the dice again on this snake-oil

I love this strain. Euphoria: Check Full Body Tingle: Check Arousal: Double Check Yeah, that third one took me by surprise. While I’ve experienced an aphrodisiac effect from cannabis in the past (usually from edibles) Headband deals it out in spades. This is hands down the most arousing strain I’ve tried to date. It’s tough to find a good aphrodisiac strain, I think because most reviewers shy away from discussing that aspect of their high. Anyway, this one earns a full five stars, not for being the best at everything, but rather for being the best at one very specific and hard to find aspect. The high is pretty great otherwise, too, but plenty of strains will just get you high if that’s all you want

This strain has become the gold-standard of Indica-dominant strains for me. While I wouldn’t rank it at #1 in my own list—it has everything I want in an Indica: relaxation, euphoria, stress-reduction, and it’ll definitely help put you to sleep at higher doses. There are a couple of strains out there that manage to do everything Blue Widow does, and do it better, but I can count them on one hand. Highly recommend picking this up if you ever see it out there. I keep coming back to Blue Widow, because it’s consistently and reliably amazing

I probably would’ve liked this strain more if it hadn’t been so hyped up in the movie. It fails to live up to the hype. That said—it’s not a bad strain. For a Sativa, it manages to be uplifting without the jittery side effects of some other Sativa strains. All in all, it’s a solid, basic strain. It’ll get you high, and it’s great for social use because it’s a predictable high. Great for those who are looking to “play it safe” with their pot consumption. Don’t expect it to blow your mind.

I have only good things to say about this strain. As an Indica, it does EXACTLY what you want it to do: lulls you into a euphoric, relaxed state, which is perfect for bedtime smoking. Not a great strain for sharing or social times, as it can be incapacitating—but that’s what you should expect from a powerful Indica strain, and this one is powerful. Doesn’t take much before it kicks in. As far as solo highs go, I haven’t found a better strain yet.

This strain does have a pleasant citrusy flavor and potpourri sort of scent. That is the only good thing I have to say about it. This is the weakest Indica-Dominant strain I’ve tried. Will it get you high? Not noticeably. If your goal is to be mildly unmotivated and unfocused, then this is perfect. If your goal is to relax, de stress, obtain a pleasant euphoria, then pretty much any other Indica will outperform this one.
