First time I stopped in I had a long drive ahead of me and was totally fading - wondering how I was going to make it home. The staff and vibe of the location gave me so much love and energy I had the juice needed to make my drive home smooth. The owners obviously took a lot of time to find the right people and curate good products. I can't wait to visit again soon. Thanks for the amazing vibes, abundant love and ultra positive energy you bring to the cannabis industry.

What can I say - the people and products make the shop and this place is no exception. The staff are all very well versed in all things cannabis and incredibly honest. They have a large variety of thoughtfully curated products which are fairly priced with generous discounts on product specific deal days. Easy plentiful parking - fast check in - no pre-weighs on flower - deep product knowledge - total honesty and only the best of budtenders. Thanks guys - you rock...

Recently I had the pleasure of visiting Hi Cascade’s Portland location; I say pleasure as the store had a nice vibe, was professionally run, friendly, clean, efficient and fairly well stocked. Getting there was super easy (right off 205), parking was more than ample - Checking in as a new visitor to their store was quick, painless and most importantly very friendly and personable. I worked with Dennis while there and greatly appreciated his product knowledge and willingness to share it. He suggested a specific product which I purchased and was very *very* happy with the product and the fair price I paid, as a matter of fact I plan to go back and purchase again on an upcoming trip to Portland. Two thumbs up!

The flower I sampled was very smooth and tasty - no harshness whatsoever. It's effects were noticeable quickly with a nice warm and relaxed buzz that kept me creatively engaged in what I was doing and it didn't put me to sleep.

You know they say not to judge a book by it's cover and this shop is a perfect example of that mantra. Really nice inside - great staff - very friendly, knowledgeable and engaging. Solid collection of products - easy ample parking. I look forward to going back when I'm in the area.

The budtender when I was there (Emily) was exceptional in her ability to confidently answer questions, connect with the customer and recommend the right products. She made sure that I got the correct price and one of the strains I got I will be sure to seek out again. When I'm in that area I'd go back.

exceptionally smooth smoke and tasty - very nice and easy on the airways... very focused high - good for getting things done... daytime smoke.... very impressed.

When I was there it was way too busy - the reception area was full. When inside the retail area at one point I saw another (management) employee come around the corner and give a budtender a look that could only say you are spending too much time with that customer - the customer was obviously very new and was asking me questions as well as the budtender and the action of the management was very off-putting. It's the shops fault that they don't have the proper staffing and capacity not the customers. They have something nobody else does, if it wasn't for that I would never go back.

Harlequin isn't necessarily about getting high, it's more about getting well. The effect is very relaxing physically yet my mind is engaged and sharp. Very nice as a morning strain with coffee. Tastes quite unique, a little pinene and fruity while still being very earthy. Delicious tasting and 'very' smooth. So far this is my favorite of the cbd strains I've tried.

This strain took literally months to cure properly - sure it was 'cured' early on but it took from October harvest until now (end of March) for it to have become 'smooth'... At first it was almost un-puffable for me even in a vaporizer but now that it's had time to cure it's so much better. Nighttime medicine for sure - it's relaxing and sleep inducing. Not something I'd want to keep my day going but something I'd use at the end of the day. This strain was very susceptible to mold (grown outdoors) and as nice as the plant was (aren't they all?) I'd probably not grow it again outdoors in the northwest latitudes. When purchasing this strain make sure that the date of test is at least a month prior to your purchase so it has more curing time.
