I started coughing IMMEDIATELY but right afterwards was feeling the effects fast. I was calmed and giggly with no anxiety. It probably lasted for about 3 hours.

Loved this! Very calming and definitely did not leave me feeling foggy headed or couchlock. Def worth a try
