I grew a Sunset Sherbet plant several months ago and have smoked it a few times. For me, this is a 2 hit and quit strain fo' sho'. With just 2 hits its a good combo of mental stimulation and physical relaxation, and some nice audio and visual distortion. Music sounds great on this. But any time I did more than 2 big hits, the high completely changes... it becomes hyper-mental stimulation to the point of having negative recursive thinking, slight feelings of anxiety, and no longer relaxing but more jittery feeling. Can't say its my favorite, there are so many other strains out there that hit me so much better. Everybody is affected differently by every strain, so take this review with a 'grain of salt'.

Grew my own Purple Urkle from seed, had some really big colas covered in frosty trichomes. I let it cure for about a month before smoking. Really nice sweet and grapey smell to the buds. I'm not good with tastes, most weed tastes similar to me, but I got a slightly sweet and citrusy taste using a dry herb vape . Kinda of a creeper, after about 20 minutes I was feeling it. Felt like my head was as light as a helium balloon, while my body felt heavy and buzzy. A definite mood enhancer, put me in a great mood and I didn't care about anything going on. At one point I felt very euphoric, and then that kept coming in subtle waves. Music sounded great and all was well in the world. Couldn't think straight though, so doing much of anything other than just sitting and enjoying the ride was nearly impossible. After a couple of hours I started feeling very sleepy and had no problem falling into a deeeeep sleep. Muchos Gracias to whoever bred this strain!

Just a few hits off a pre-roll I bought and I was feeling fiiiiine. It made me feel happy, like everything in the world was extra fine and exactly the way it is supposed to be. Slight perspective shift in everything from visuals to music... everything just seemed better. I'm guessing that had I taken a couple more hits i would have achieved full-on euphoria :) Also has a good aphrodisiac effect, so bonus! If you have access to Sundae Driver you really need to take it for a spin!

I grew and cured a 10th Planet plant and been smoking it for a couple of months off and on now. Smells real nice and tastes mostly sweet and piney. Love the high from this... strong head and body high, good mood and stoopid kind of high, forget was I was doing just a minute ago kind of high, love it. Great for just zoning out to music... which by the way sounds extra amazing on 10th Planet. I get real sleepy after a couple of hours so its definitely a night time strain, and sleep great on this. Reminds me of the weed we used to get back in the day where we would get zoned out and just listen to music for a couple of hours straight without saying anything to each other, off in our own little music infused galaxy.

Grew a Mango Kush plant not long ago and I finally finished curing the buds. It does have a slight smell of mango or peach. I've been smoking this in a dry herb vape stick and although it tastes okay I don't actually taste any mango... just a slight sweet and piney flavor. Really like the high from this plant, puts me in a good mood and feeling happy. Good strain for hanging out with other people, as it doesn't make you feel too stoned and dopey. I usually don't like hanging out with people when I'm stoned but I could even smoke this before going out or to a party. Prepare to feel horny with this weed too :) Its nothing too out-of-this-world but a nice mellow and happy stone.

Grew my own Blue Cheese, and although its very good, neither plant has the cheese smell. After being cured, the bud smells slightly sweet and herbal, no cheese. Smoking gives a floral and sweet taste thats kinda berry, but nothing very cheesy about it. It reminds me of old time scented face powder that our grandmother's used to use, weird. Nice mellow high, relaxed... but not too relaxing that you get couch locked, with a bit of sativa uplift to make you feel happy and good with the world around you. After about 3 hours I get hungry and sleepy, followed by a really good night of sleep. Side note: I tend to get anxious and paranoid with certain strains and this does not cause me any problems.

Tried this strain when I was in Las Vegas recently. The smell when I first opened this up was like a very sweet green tea, and a little spicy. When I lit this up it tasted the way that all cannabis tastes when I light up... like burnt leaves and grass lol. But it was not harsh. The high came on slowly and settled in nicely. What I liked was that this did not get me super high... don't get me wrong, I WAS high... just not locked-in-the-couch-and-don't-wanna-move high. It was a good social high... would be good strain for going out around lots of people... or to a party. I was feeling good, happy, laughing a lot... perception of reality was very skewed, normal shit seemed ridiculous. This would be a great strain for sex... maybe next time!
