great selection of high quality products, as well as reasonable pricing. i did find the fact that i couldn't read merchandise labels myself, as they were all locked up. i get locking it up, but i should be able to open the case to check out my options side by side.

Wow, has this place tanked. This used to be my go-to shop for my medication, driving 45m each way. The medication was top quality, the service was professional, and the staff was knowledgeable. My visit on Saturday, however, will definitely be my last. When I arrived at the dispensary, the girl checked me in, informing me that another patient was being helped currently. She gave me the option of waiting in their lobby or their recently opened dab bar. As I hadn't visited since this addition, I opted for the latter. This is where the experience took a nosedive. Upon going back, I was seated at a bar where I could clearly see into the dispensary itself, where it seemed two people were just conversing with the employee. Approximately 10 minutes later, two customers entered from the sales area and started to loudly announce how high they were. After they began to smoke in the bar, it became clear that they were the bartender's parents! As I had suspected, there had been no sales going on, only idle conversation. When I eventually was assisted, the salesperson was clearly feeling rushed and seemed to know little about each strain. She proudly proclaimed that she avoids all hybrids, so she had no idea about their qualities. I understand if you don't enjoy particular strains, but you should be able to tell me something about it. She had no information to impart about any of the strains, even the ones she recommended. I selected two strains (which they sell pre-measured and pre-bagged), two cartridges, and paid my $180. I was then rushed out the door. Upon arriving home, I was greeted with dry, barely smokable flower. When I called the store a couple of hours later, I was put on hold for "a second," which turned into more than 6 minutes. I hung up. I have no idea what's happened here. New management? An overspend on the new bar compensated for by a lower quality product and understaffing? Either way, I'm taking my money elsewhere.

+: very nice folks, non-sketchy atmosphere, easy membership process, carried prefilled co2 cartridges. -: whole leaf strains were much more expensive than competitors while quality left a lot to be desired.

Quality: Above Average. Wide selection and reasonable donation prices. Product is potency tested regularly. Service: The staff is always knowledgeable, professional, and eager to assist. Atmosphere: While the actual dispensary is fantastic, the non-customer crowd hanging around can be irksome. There always seems to be a gaggle of loud loiterers both directly outside and inside the waiting area.

Wonderful first visit to an Oregon dispensary. Clean, professional space. High quality product. Well spoken, knowledgable staff. Love upon love!

i visited greenhand this last saturday at the recommendation of a friend. i found the greenhand staff to be approachable, knowledgeable, and welcoming. the shop itself was low-key and comfortable, with a much appreciated lack of overtly stoner-porn decor. while i do not live in seattle, i would return to this shop without hesitation.

i purchased this strain along with blue boy at seattle's greenhand. as i was participating in a charity-walk that weekend, i needed both a sleep-aid (blue boy) and a pain reliever with a minimum amount of energy-sap (dutch treat). i found dutch to be exactly what i needed. i utilize cannabis for the relief of fibromyalgia pain and, as i am a workaholic, prefer to have as little "high" as possible. this was a very manageable, pleasant, and low-level body high, allowing me to remain alert and focused. despite this, i felt a noted improvement in both my pain level and mood. a new favorite.
