I was extremely disappointed in the recent business I had with Fire and Flower. I purchased a product online and was told that it was no longer in stock when I went to pick it up, and that they were not going to give me another product for equal value so that I could walk away with something. They couldn’t simply refund my money either, I was to email the concierge and give them all of the order information that they needed, which I proceeded to do in the very first email. This conversation was extended for another day because all of the responses I received were questions regarding the information I had already given them. Now I have been told that it will take up to 10 business days to refund the money I had spent, which is very unfortunate during a financially hard time like this. I won’t be doing any further business with this company.
