First experience with OCS so far has been weak to say the least, got my order (# 10xxx) in at 12:30am the 17th, didn't receive a shipping notification till the 24th and then finally received the notification that it shipped today, the 26th, says its not supposed to arrive till the 29th. Thats pretty much 9 business days when i was initially told 1-3 days for product. Ive emailed them twice to check on my order with zero response. Customer service is obsolete. Just wondering why they were so unprepared for opening night, most of Canadas population lives in this province and about 40+ percent of the adult population uses. Just think of the numbers.... They really shit the bed with this. I've already read online that many orders in the 100k invoice range have been packed, shipped and received. The lack of organization fully makes sense with a Govt run organization. Hopefully they sort these issues out ASAP, i can see many, many long time users avoiding this service all together. I wish we had alternate options.
