Not sure how they run things here but it has been pain in the assignment to sign up for membership. I've sent government ID, hospital discharge papers stating ailment (CANCER) and method of treatment papers / prescription? But was told my papers aren't good enough. I've tried reaching them and figuring out what I'm missing but no one has bothered getting back to me. Truely Frustrated.
