Very uplifting! This strain puts me in a pleasant mood and can give me the giggles. Highly recommend for those with depression or anyone who looks for an energizing high. I like that I can still focus and concentrate with a clear head while high on Y Life.

If you come across this strain..TRY IT (I found it at Medmen in Las Vegas). I'm not usually a fan of Sativa dominant strains because they often heighten my anxiety/heart rate, but this is a totally different story. My first time smoking was while on a hike through a canyon in Utah and it was incredible. Colors were vivid, my body was relaxed but energized and balanced, my thoughts were clear..I couldn't stop smiling at the nature around me. Quite honestly, this high was what I wish I felt like all of the time. I'm someone who deals with depression and it's not easy for me to find strains that I really love...and let me tell you, I LOVE Sunkissed.
