I was surprisingly disappointed, seeing as Golden Goat is my favorite strain and I love Pineapple Express. This made me suuuuper anxious. Every single time I smoked it. I even made a joint salad with golden pineapple and an indica and it still gave me crazy anxiety. I am not new to weed; I’ve been smoking for 16 years and recreational became legal in my state at the beginning of 2014. I knew it had pinene which isn’t my favorite term, but I figured that since the dominant terpenes was Terpinoline (like golden goat) I thought I would get a similar effect. Golden Goat gives me the euphoria wand energy without the anxiety. I do struggle with depression & anxiety and OCD and C-PTSD. With Golden Pineapple it was like 10 min of euphoria and uplifted mood but then 3 hours of high anxiety. With reviews it’s always important to be mindful that different growers in different regions can impact strains, so it’s possible the grower that the dispensary I went to uses (here in Denver, CO) has some extra pinene flair or something. So take that into account when reading my review.
