I used this strain to treat my postpartum depression after having my third child. I'd had postpartum depression twice before, and had gone the conventional route of drugs and therapy, etc., but they never worked for me. When growing became legal in my state, I went for it and grew this strain and three others, and never looked back. This was definitely my favorite strain for when I had to get things done (which is, honestly, all the time for me). This was the best for treating depression while also allowing me to function. Obviously, due to the low THC content, there are few psychoactive effects - this was ideal for me as I have 3 children to look after. Some of the pharmaceuticals prescribed to me (that I didn't end up taking) have much greater psychoactive effects than cannabis, so I felt ok going this route. CBD Mango Haze creates a nice, gentle quieting of depression and anxiety. When I felt like an anxiety attack was about to come on, I'd take 3 hits off the vaporizer and then, instead of hyperventilating and crying, I was able to put the baby in the carrier and go outside with my kids, another time we created a miniature golf course in our living room, for example. It helped pull me out of that dark place where life truly doesn't make sense, and I felt more in charge of my own mind, and if you struggle or have struggled with depression or anxiety, you know what I'm talking about.
