I have heard nothing but bad things from other patients while in wait rooms at a variety of northwest valley dispensaries about AZ Natural Selections. Some of the Leafly reviews also kind of warned me to stay away. I decided to try them out for myself, since many of the reviews on Leafly are fluff jobs for free stuff. The new patient goodie bag was nice. Got the 5 free prerolls with eighth purchase of GSC. The Girl Scout Cookies did not look the same as the sample displayed and it had a bad, stale, chemical, fertilizer smell and taste to it. Very similar to the smell of the Home Depot next door to them. The potency was okay though. The GSC was also very dry (which many of the past patients complained about), breaks up into dry powder basically. My prerolls had the same smell and taste, some more than others, but overall they were not bad for being "free". Service and atmoshere great, visually a very nice looking dispensary. Whoever their growers are needs to brush up on their technique and flush that fertilizer out before harvest. Shame on this dispensary for selling this sh*t, especially at their high donation rates. When they screw up a batch they should at least discount it and warn the consumer. I will not be back, at least for a while. I might check back in the future to see if the med quality has improved. I can't say I wasn't warned.. I hope they improve their med quality. Nice store and people.

I have been a regular patient since AMG opened and I have seen some ups and downs with the quality of the meds, particularly the dogos, and the tenders. But overall, and the majority of the time, the dogos give you the best bang for your buck in town. Their top shelf meds are very good also and there are specials on those strains that can't be beat also. On my last visit, I had Marcus and Nicole as my tenders, and they were very polite and patient. However, an incident happened while I was completing my order, which was very unprofessional, and p*ssed me off. I picked the strawberry cough strain, which by the way was very good, but there was not enough for my order. Marcus went back and got a jar refilled, came back and started to get a scale when another tender (6ft, thin) that has been volenteering at AMG for awhile now, came by and rudely took the jar that had just been refilled and took the choicest nugs rom the top to help his patient out, while Marcus mildly (as to not cause a scene) protested. So I had to wait for Marcus to get some more stuff because the jar did not have enough for my order again after the other tender took about an ounce. Then the other tender comes back after finishing with his customer and throws what he had left into my order after he realized that my order was short and Marcus was trying to find more jars of product to fill my order. Marcus handled it like a professional. But I ended up with a bunch of shake at the bottom of my bag which should not have happened. Your tenders should not be interrupting someone elses transaction, ever. RUDE, impolite, and a HIPPA law violation. If AMG ever expects to get state licensed, they had better train their tenders to not get into the middle of someone elses medical transaction. Marcus handled it well, but I left very unhappy because of that incident. It is not the first time this has happened to me at this dispensary, but I chose not to comment on it in the past. I finally got fed up with this RUDE practice and that is why I am commenting on it now. I would have rated the service a 1, but it was not Marcus' or Nicole's fault. They deserved 5 stars, the other tender 0. Overall, AMG has been very helpful to me and I appreciate them for being there. Thanks, but I need some some meds now for carpels tunnel syndrome from typing this review...

BOMB. So goooood!!

My 420 review. Had trouble at first with the ordering system for the 420 special orders. Tried to order Tahoe at first, but was told the next day that it was not available, my fault cause I did not know what quantity I wanted and delayed my order. Next I ordered Deadhead Og, but was called back a few hours later to learn that they were out of that too. I wanted an Indica or Indica dominant hybrid, and I don't care for black russian, so I got the Og kush. I was told I would get a pre-roll for the difficulty of ordering what I wanted. Well, I didn't get a pre-roll but WOW the Og was a good choice. Even if they didn't give me a pre-roll, the OG was very good and worth the minor ordering problem. The ladies are always so very nice. The food they had for their 420 event was very good, I wanted to stay and eat much more than I did. LOL. I got a free prize for ordering for 420, but the bag had a woman's tank top in it as one of the prizes, and my wife passed away three years ago from cancer. No one to give it to. Can't complain, there were other goodies in the bag that I could use though. Although I don't frequent this dispensary a lot, only a few times, I have never had a truly bad experience here, just minor inconveniences. The ladies working there are very courteous and have great patient service skills. I will visit some more in the future and I would recommend this dispensary to anyone, because of their service and knowledge.

These guys and their meds are top notch. Customer service is so SWELL. Meds fire. Be back for my meds on payday!! Hope they get the Girl Scout Cookies back in, some bomb stuff there.

Stopped in as first time patient a few weeks ago. Was not going to write a review on my disappointment of my meds, but after reading a few reviews, I had to share my experience at this dispensary. I did not get a free pipe or two grams of med. I was just given a gram, and it was a choice of "mid" shelf stuff. I got an ounce donation for 200 and it was swag with a load of seeds. Must have had about 10 grams of seeds. What kind of dispensary has seedy meds for donations at or above 200. It wasn't worth 100, it gave me nothing but headaches, and that is why I have never been back after just 1 visit. The customer service was good though, the tenders seemed to be friendly and care about their regular patients. I would be very hard pressed to return though, as I felt like I was ripped off and wasted my hard earned money on wet, seedy swag. And to see everyone talking about getting new patient pipes and two grams and I got just one gram really depresses me. Live and learn..

Walked in and had to wait a few minutes before being helped. Nice selection but they need to update their menu more often as some of the strains were not available. Got a dogo deal, but their scales are off, I have a higher-end jewelers balance and the dogo was light. Thought I might get a free pre-roll being a first time customer and the inconvenience of waiting, but nogo on that thought. I don't care how good looking the bud tenders are, they don't come with the bud, and I don't think I'll be back. I will continue to go to my newest fav dispensary in Glendale which also has greta dogo deals, and service, weighs out fat, and they give free prerolls.
