It was okay. I sent in a pre-order and waited 30 minutes when the order was supposedly ready. Five people were help with pre-orders before me and I was called into the other budtending room to be helped. I haven't been here in a year and a half and the staff was really confused. They were not sure if I was a new time patient or not and everything was a big confusion. They lost my order to my pre-order, they lost my order of rotation of where I was supposed to go AND what I was even really asking for. The girl ringing me up didn't even know the price of some of the medicine and was asking me what the price was on Leafly. The medicine that I picked out was really good but my overall experience at this dispensary with a huge cluster really hard for somebody who has been in severe pain and experiencing cluster seizures. I really thought putting in a pre-order would help get my medicine faster and be more convenient in reality it wasted 40 minutes of my time, put more stress on me and really put value of my quality of life as a patient. I also felt that since I am not a regular customer that I was not valued as much. There was even a manager at the front desk and he wasn't really managing, the waiting room is full of people and everyone was getting help yet I felt I was being ignored. I also thought it was very unprofessional for a dispensary to let a child be left outside at 8 at night so a patient can buy medicine. There was no staff, no one was aware of such child and no one was even alarm that there was a child left outside stirring a purchase.
