I wanted to slow down and relax, this strain did it. My brain didn't want to get up and go and my body said I didn't have to. I could get up, but I can sit still and I want to.
Two pulls from the water pipe to get me started was just fine. Had two or three more just to make sure it lasts a while. ;-)
