Brenna and the staff were incredibly friendly and let me take my time. The "smell" bar was incredibly cool and not something I have seen in RI yet. They have a decent selection of the popular growers in RI at fair prices. I ended up buying a couple of their in-house strains. I have not sparked them up yet but the smells and appearances for Super Orange Soda and Team Cream are out of this world, so I have high hopes.

Amnesia Haze

4/28/2022
by growth industries, picked up at summit c.c.c. smoked in a bong, joint, and vaporizer. This has a great tropical aroma with strong notes of citrus and pineapple, the kind with that smooth, clean taste. The high is super heady with a subtle psychedelic vibe. My thoughts raced at 100 mph but not in an anxious way as Amnesia Haze also provides a relaxing boxy high. This is a solid social strain that would be enjoyable for daytime use on the weekend, but not if you are trying to be super productive. Would recommend rolling it in a joint to take on a hike (I'm a blunt guy, but savor the flavor for this one) or in some bong rips on movie night. Solid for mild nausea and pain relief.

Laughing Buddha

4/15/2022
by coastal farms, picked up at summit smoked in:a pipe flavor: mainly citrus, bit of chem. Overall refreshing to taste nugs:nothing to write home about high: very cerebral and reinvigorating. My post-work week mood immediately changed after just a few hits. I was listening to chapo trap house while chooming, laughed my ass off (laughing buddha is an appropriate strain name) then decided to bomb some hills on my longboard. Overall its a vibrant and happy high. I could also see this being a great social strain. It is not a sedative strain but also lacks the paranoia that comes with many sativa dom hybrids.

Juggernaut

4/15/2022
by coastal farms, picked up at summit compassion center. smoked in: bong and joint. flavor: at first is a mix of apple/pear/apricot, but i also keep getting hints of chocolate and vanilla. Overall its very tasty, probably would get the best profile in a vaporizer but the doob i just smoked of juggernaut was delicious. Nugs: for the "bottom self" price and older harvest date the quality is solid. Dense green nugs with a visible coat of trichomes and plenty of hairs that smokes very well in joints. High: juggernaut has been my nighttime strain this week. It is a pain relieving, relaxing indica but it also has a trippy head buzz. Your eyes glaze over, vision gets a bit wavy and your mind will drift off well anywhere. The sleepiness doesn't always kick in right away but after about an hour or so after smoking my pillow is calling my name.

This is a great sedative strain. It is a mild pain reducer but consistently puts me to sleep.

GG4

3/12/2018
Just loaded a few pinches of Gorilla Glue in my bowl. The buds, bright green and coated in resin, had a sweet and earthy aroma and were hard to grind up. Only a few hits in and it has me soaring. Initially the mind high comes on quick and is uplifted and focus. I took my time on this bowl, and it was towards the end, the last few hits, when the "stoned" feeling first creeped on behind my eyes. The strong body high comes on slow at first but in full swing is very effective for pain management. This selection of GG4 is potent so it only took a small amount to feel this spectrum of effects. Despite the strong body high and increasingly hazy mental state, GG4 has a certainly sativa kick to it, a motivating effect, that keeps it from being a total couch lock strain.

Chocolate Thai

3/6/2018
The dreamy, hazy high comes on fast. The body feels slightly relaxed and free of pain, a light buzz tingles across the face, but it's the mind that is really sent to space. It's cerebral high is very psychedelic at times, but strikes the perfect balance of being a stress-reliever and motivator. Your mind feels at peace yet uplifted and awake. I like to keep this stuff in the Pax and take an occasional couple hits through out the day - even a light dose of Chocolate Thai keeps away headaches and nausea and can put you in such good mood. This is a great daytime strain in moderate amounts but even in the evening can be consumed more liberally to unwind and have fun.

Jack Herer

2/27/2018
Jack Herer wakes you up, it lifts your spirits, and has a little kick to it that makes it a great day time strain. While sometimes the head high can encourage day dreaming, it stays relatively clear and certainly won't couch you. It's strength is in the mood enhancement. It may not be as physically relaxing and numbing as a good indica, but it offers great relief to those with a lot on their mind. It may get a little too spacey after a certain point. But I find that in moderate amounts based on tolerance I definitely remain productive. Overall while may relax your pace a slight bit it also provides what best can be described as "mental refreshment". Jack has a light citrus odor with fair hues of pine. It's a sweet flower to smoke. Refreshing indeed

Sunshine #4

2/8/2018
My dispensary sold their stock of this strain as indica dominant. The hazy, relaxed head high comes on strongly at first but the body high will hit you later. Head-to-toe pain relief for me. The odor, lavender and earthy with cirtus under tones, with a taste not as strong but still refreshing. This strain has a great indica pain relief qualities but the head high left me in a mellow, positive, slightly psychedelic daze perfect for a movie night, hike, or day at the beach,
