I like it. It definitely will help with anxiety. For me it's weird, I almost feel like sometimes I don't feel the effects of a normal high but I feel very calm. I will feel more giggly and happy. Also, I have bad insomnia and it definitely helps, just don't smoke it right before bed. Smoke it maybe an hour before you lay down, maybe even an hour and a half before.
