Amazing strain. Full review: Visuals: 7/10 strength, 10/10 enjoyment These visuals were pretty strong. When smoking, colours of the TV and LED lights increased in strength. It wasn’t anything ridiculous: when looking at your phone, it appeared brighter but not super intense - as opposed to some visual strains where it sucks you in. I really enjoyed the slight increase in saturation and brightness. It wasn’t crazy but it was great as an accompaniment to the main effects of the high. Head effects: 5/10 strength, 10/10 mental clarity, 10/10 enjoyment This was a strain where the overwhelming mental effect was an upbeat calmness. I still recognised some of the day’s previous bad thoughts whilst on the strain, but I saw such aspects from a different light after smoking this. You felt just positive, not ecstatic or super happy, not super amused or euphoric, but wholly calm and positive. It was a very nice change to the sometimes ‘artificial’ highs (as I like to call it) - the strains you get super happy on when smoking and then the next day you feel like shit. After smoking this, I felt noticeably more upbeat, positive and appreciative of life the next day. What was great in particular was the mental clarity. I smoked a good amount, yet could still maintain concentration on conversations, I could still articulate all my thoughts as I would do sober - yet I felt very high nonetheless. This weed encouraged me to relax, calm down and stop stressing. Life’s going to be okay. Whilst playing FIFA with my two mates when smoking, we were pissing ourselves laughing when we scored. But it didn’t last longer than it would sober: humour felt very natural, nothing was ridiculously more funny, but your general mood was definitely noticeably more upbeat. This feeling is very hard to properly articulate: you’ll know if you try. Body: 8/10 strength, 2/10 couchlock, 2/10 sleepiness, 5/10 tingliness Amazing for the body. This strain felt slightly more body concentrated. I remember just feeling comfortable in myself - I didn’t feel glued to the seat by any means, and I definitely didn’t feel sleepy. What resulted, in fact, was a warmth throughout your body: you didn’t feel utterly baked and unable to move. You weren’t looking or feeling like some stoner zombie. Instead you just felt chill, able to move if need be, able to relax and calm if you didn’t. There was a single moment when I felt a tingliness almost: as I moved my head, my eyes and my body felt out of sync (hard to articulate until you’ve had it). As I moved my eyes, my body moved slower than them so it was like a game of catch up. But that was only one moment that passed - hence my 5/10 for the tingliness score. The best way to describe it is comfortable: it didn’t feel like you lost control over your body or the high overwhelmed your body, but your body knew it was high and just felt immense comfort. Overall score: 9/10 A very good strain for calm social situations, or perhaps on your own if you want to get some non-intense work done (i.e. I could imagine being creative on this strain but obviously I’m not going to write a document). The strain felt very calm, but not lacking optimism: it was upbeat (without the artificial ‘super happiness‘), warm, visual, focused and comfortable. I write as someone critical of weed strains and not easily impressed, but this cross definitely impressed me. It felt mature; it felt like the kind of weed a successful person would have after a hard day of work. You wake up feeling good. High ratings, I encourage you to try.
