Had a great experience as a first time patient and Jamie was informative, knowledgeable, and very friendly:) She took the time to answer all my questions and you can tell that she really cares about the patients. The quality of flower is excellent and for the price it is unbeatable. I will definitely be back.

On my one day off from work on the weekend I drove 15 miles to this dispensary for a certain strain. I was overcharged for an item I did not receive. I wasn't aware at the times as I did not want to open the bag before I brought it home 15 miles away. I drove back the next day to receive a refund. It was not explained that there was a different price when the total amount of flower is an ounce or more meaning that my refund was was less than I was overcharged. After a call to the dispensary I received a clearer explanation from the manager as to why my refund was less that I was overcharged. I was very understanding and never requested to be reimbursed for the inconvenience or a small amount for gas for driving a total 30 miles because of their mistake. Near the end of the conversation with the manager he said to me "Have a great rest of your day" and he hung up on me while I was still answering him. I still want to let him know about my frustrations and wasn't given the opportunity to do so. Although my previous 2 visits went well I am very disappointed with this dispensary and in the future I will be taking my business elsewhere.

So happy Swell has another location closer to me. Same wonderful people and the same fantastic flower. I don't go anywhere else but Swell and now I have 2 spots to go! So thrilled!

Monarch has a beautiful facility with exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. It may be a little pricier than some other dispensaries but for the quality you get the prices are totally justified! I am a regular and would recommend to anyone.

I have been to many dispensaries and none match the friendliness, service, prices, and most importantly QUALITY. I am extremely impressed and this is my go-to dispensary from now on.... Thank you Swell!
