This is not "energetic". It is an Indica that knocked put me on the ground. VERY disappointing and I won't be buying Tru Infusion anymore because I won't know what I'm getting!!
The store was very busy (4/20) yet they continued to allow people to go up to the counter, place their order and then go to the ATM. I was in line over an hour because in that time 6 people did this and some took 10 to 15 minutes to operate the ATM. Everyone else just had to wait longer (we had gone to the bank beforehand) for them. Must be another way to handle this without creating A LOT of other unhappy people waiting in line. Also was going to use my "Rewards" but that is a joke. The system has been screwed up for over a year and the company knows it but continues with it. My app won't work and no one can tell me why or cares. I logged in online and it told me one amount. I get to the store and their system says something different. Turns out I spent almost $900 at this store in the last 6 months but that doesn't matter. They don't deliver what they promise. I had "chatted" with someone online and was told the same amount the website showed. I was also told other things by this rep online that turned out to be totally false. They are in Florida evidently and don't know the operations here in Arizona (per this store). Looking for a new place to shop that will honor what they say and "Reward" me properly.
For some reason the flower I have been getting from Zen Leaf for the last 2 months has been garbage. Example - I bought Ric Flair flower recently and it was so dry it turned to dust and it was so old the TCH level couldn't be above 5%. I have wasted over $200 recently on flower because we have to trust the dispensary. We can't see it, touch it or even smell the flower so we lay out our money trusting the place. I have wasted enough money at this place and obviously this place can't be trusted anymore.
