I wouldn't recommend this shop to any of my friends. Don't waste your time and money here. I was trying to exchange a product while still at the front of the store as there was a misunderstanding on what was being discounted and where the discount was being applied. A .5 cartridge with 30% off was shown as ~32$ while a 1g (exact same product/brand) not on sale was under ~45$. I had quite a few items on the receipt, there was a line and so even while looking through it I hadn't noticed how bad of a deal that actually was even on sale. I was super polite and asked the manager if he could make an exception seeing as I'm a loyal customer and hadn't even left the front door when I noticed. I really do understand there's no refund/returns (I also understand why it's in place & with good reason). But this was only about 1minute from purchase time, and I was still standing right there. He wouldn't work with me at all. The packaging is tamper proof and the risk with me still standing at the front of the building is non existent, swapping it for a non legitimate item wasn't possible. It's very unfortunate because this place has reasonably good options and is very close to me but it's not the first issue I've had with them. Prior to this I was sold a similar product and I received the half the amount but with the same name. (.5 rather than 1g cartridge) 100% their mistake that time and I was told the same thing but w/ attitude that time. And so this time I was more attentive but I was paying most attention to the quantity given(and tryingto find it on the packaging)... I still have receipts & all from those purchases, and I'll post them my honesty is questioned. His excuse was he could get HIMSELF into trouble but honestly that's easily explainable to the owner. I've had issues at other dispensaries of similar nature and I was still infront of their doors (hobo & dutch love) after a couple minutes of talking they both allowed me to exhange, even if at first hesitant but I had not left the scene and so they did the right thing. Unfortunately I won't be shopping here again and I suggest that if you do(not recommended) just make sure you're getting exactly what you paid for. It's an easy mistake to make seeing as the writing on the packaging is very small, neither is it clear as well as having differing product/brand's info in their own spaces. Very poor customer service. Just saying sorry for your(being me) own mistake really leaves a sour taste in my mouth. I do not recommend this place, they don't seem to care at all about customer satisfaction or their regulars. Changes should be made here seeing as the other two places I've dealt with were mostly cool about it. It's happened with dry herb early on (different location) where I received a lesser package then paid for but I only noticed while at home. In that case that's completely understandable. But I was still right there out in front of their store
