Same dude who used to work up in North was working here and that was a good choice. Had Flora Code Blue on sale for $30 and the place was hoppin’. Very positive experience but weird fucking design with the ramp and the going back to the door. Like this location better than North due to highway access.

Love this place. Yeah a shitty area but great product. Sad they don’t still have $25 gummies. When they had just their own product seemed to be lower prices. Pretty good rewards ($5 for every $100 spent). Kind bud tenders every time. Once was irked when shatter first came out and could only get one but those days are long gone. If you meet the chick who drives the mustang, she’s magical. Was having an excellent day and bumped into her and it was awesome.

Vaped is incredible, most memorable taste to date.

Chill space and hard to miss. Jamie was such a delight and would be saddened if I came back and she was not my bud tender. The thing I like about this dispensary chain is they typically only carry 20%+ flower, so it’s a bit pricier than those dispensaries carrying primarily Flora. If money were no object, Illicit all day!

BEST PLACE! No joke like 15-18 types of flower that you can SEE and SMELL, concentrates, carts, drinks galore. Prices are the same as Greenlight. DeNae was cool af, as was Lee (I think an owner - held the door open for me on the way out) Will shop again here and encourage others to do the same. If it’s your first time, they currently have a deal for 20% your first purchase and 15% off a subsequent purchase within a week.

Subpar offerings of flower, very similar to 3SD, no Illicit which is a real bummer. Good edibles selection including drinks. Friendly budtender but no security guard which is weird. Won’t be back because Greenlight and From The Earth in Independence both offer way better flower. Too far from Blue Springs unless I want drinks and can’t find them. C+ as a lot could improve (iPad style menu, artwork in lobby, security). Cookie-cutter at best.

Friendly guard as I walked in. Friendly receptionist. Bud tender Brad gave me a good recommendation based on my medical needs (need highest THC % possible). Also commiserated over how edibles don’t really work for us.

Gal checking in was friendly (she had dark hair and tattoos and sat on the left), bud tender Marisha was friendly. First time so the “no medicating in the parking lot” waiver was signed and I was on my way before I could even check their menu in the waiting room. Knew what I wanted, so got it and left. Comparable prices to 3rd St, Fresh Green, ReLeaf and BesaMe on medibles. Close to where I was in the city today so it was an unexpected surprise to visit and I’m glad I did!

Love 3rd Street! Great flower, but don’t get the Flo OG
