I expected would love this strain, but it underwhelms, at least in cartridge form. I normally vape at low temp. But this one I have to turn up to high heat for the same relative effect. At medium heat it eventually works, but I tried low heat for multiple sessions and got no high, no buzz, nothing. Other strains from the same brand (Legion of Bloom) hit as expected, just Double OG works differently for some reason.

Not sure what voltage this heats up to, but it's a nice balance of flow/vapor and smoothness. There's no button, it lights automatically during a draw. There is a tiny blue light (which is a bit hard to notice up close) that indicates whether it's heating and also lights up during charging.

Hits fast and strong. Vaped at least, you hold that first deep hit and you feel it in the head, behind the eyes, in the ears, then a minute later all down the legs. First cerebral couch lock I've experienced - it's intense and focused, but you don't want to move. Just listen to music, really listen, for a good five minutes before coming back for another hit.

Smells great, tastes great, feels great. Easy to hit a LOT of and not go overboard, despite the apparent potency. Immediately euphoric and uplifting. After a while the sleepy/hungry hits, but neither too bad. No paranoia or other negative side effects.

Previously reviewed 6/22. After increased use, found this to be a creeper! Deceptively smooth, and with a solid hour+ delay on its sedative effects, you can hit this several times before you really start to feel it. Then you get HIGH for an hour or two, then you're knocked OUT for an hour or two. It's a great high, don't get me wrong - still voted 5 stars. But it's easy to get higher than you intend while vaping this. Do not take 2-5 hours before operating heavy machinery ;)

Effects: Uplifting, happy, and mildly relaxing at first. Hits fast and strong (at least in vape form). ~1 hour later the effects are gone. ~2 hours later the couch lock hits - It is definitely there. Initial buzz is stimulating but 2-3 hours later you will be zoning out staring at your monitor/tablet/phone/cat/wall while being perfectly aware of and content with that situation. Flavor: STRONG tropical fruits! Pineapple and mango mostly, some papaya and generic "tropical" sensations. Aroma: Bitter pine and savory earth aromas from its chronic skunky ancestry. Expected better after reading the leafly description and analysis. Not a bad strain though, definite focusing effect, easy to stay active. I ended up blending it with some indica-heavy hybrids for a more balanced bowl/cone, in effect and aroma. Still enjoyable overall, even by itself.

Sweet earthy aroma, like back when there was just "weed" vs "skunk", and this ain't no skunk. Shiny red veins, delicious old school aroma, relaxing high both mentally and physically.

Grew up in the SFV and this smells more legit than SFV OG. Hard to best the aroma and flavor of this strain. Relaxing as you should well expect.
