Words can't really describe.. You need to go in and see for yourself. I was greeted a soon as I walked in with a smile and an automatic great vibe. Only had to wait a minute or less to get in, as they were catering to a customer prior to me entering. Entered and was greeted again by a smile and great vibes! The people really know customer service and product knowledge, a great wide variety of flower products. Like I said go in an check them out its worth it!
